Warranty Coverage

Weddle Tool Company warrants the W Tool to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal use and proper maintenance. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modification, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

 

A Tool Built to Last

The W Tool is designed and built as a long-term, serviceable tool, not a disposable product. With proper care and maintenance, the tool is intended to provide reliable service well beyond the initial warranty period. As part of this long-term approach, Weddle Tool Company offers optional repair, replacement, and upgrade services that may be purchased separately when needed.

 

Service & Repairs

If service or repair is needed—whether during or after the warranty period—customers may contact Weddle Tool Company to initiate the service process. All tools submitted for service are inspected upon receipt. If additional repairs or upgrades are recommended, customers will be contacted for approval before any work is performed. Service availability, pricing, and turnaround times may vary depending on the condition of the tool and the nature of the service requested.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Weddle Tool Company unless otherwise specified. Return shipping will be discussed as part of the service process.
